  The World Instructor Training Schools is a National Certifying Agency consisting of 58 national schools. W.I.T.S. offers training and certification programs for group aerobic instructors, personal trainers and aquatic aerobic instructors. The courses consitst of 12 hours of lectures on core knowledge and 12 hours of hands on practical training totaling 24 hours of intensive education. (ENGLISH)
