FIRST PATTERN (start with right lead)
2x knees corner to corner (1-8)
1 hamstring curl straddle (9-12)
1 hamstring curl and turn to your left as you exit (13-16)
(you are now on the north side of the bench facing east)
2x side leg lifts corner to corner (17-24)
1 inner thigh straddle (25-28)
1 inner thigh and turn to your left as you exit (29-32)
(you are now on the south side of the bench facing west)
2x glut lifts corner to corner (33-40)
1 repeater glut lift (40-48) Repeat all with left lead.

SECOND PATTERN
1 knee on west end of bench (1-4)
1 side leg lift on east end of bench (5-8)
1 hamstring curl on west end of bench (9-12)
turn to your right facing back of the room and tap 1 heel on ground (13-16)
turn back to the bench facing left,
1 indecision (up, up, straddle, up, up and exit right)(17-24)
rock step, cha-cha-cha (ending up facing east on north side of the bench) (25-28)
1 A-step (29-32) Repeat with a left lead.

THIRD PATTERN
1 turn step with double knee, then exit (1-8)
1 double knee then march or jack behind west end of the bench moving to the northwest corner of bench facing east)
(9-16)
1 diagonal (17-20)
1 kick, 1 karate kick, 1 kick, moving backwards as you go (21-32) (you are now at the southwest corner of bench facing east) Repeat with lift lead
